Introduction

Welcome to Mrs. McIntire's S.T.E.A.M. Lab! I am excited that you are here!

 

I am a mom to three boys who have all attended Bartlett schools. My youngest sons will be attending Bartlett HS, this year. My husband is retired from the U.S. Navy, so we have lived in Virginia and Pennsylvania. I attended The University of Memphis for my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees and Graduate Certificates in STEM Teaching and Leadership and Autism Studies. I am studying STEM Education for my Doctorate program. This will be my eighth year of teaching, but it will be my second year teaching at Elmore Park Middle School. I am thrilled to be an Elmore Park Eagle and excited to share my love for STEAM education with your child. 

 

My hobbies include hydroponic, aquaponic, and vertical gardening. We also raise eight chickens, three dogs, and a mischievous feline. There is never a dull moment at McIntire Manor. I enjoy Star Wars and Marvel movie marathons, coffee, and chocolate in my free time.
