Band Dates to Remember 2023-2024

April

Monday, April 15^th – Beginning Band Practice 7:40-8:45am (Required for beginning 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grade band students to prepare for the Spring Band Concert performance)
Tuesday, April 16^th – Concert Band Practice 4-5:15pm (Full Band)
Wednesday, April 17^th – Beginning Band Practice 7:40-8:45am (Required for beginning 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grade band students to prepare for the Spring Band Concert performance)
Wednesday, April 17^th – All Dallas Concert Band uniforms due before school starts (9am)
- Please have the uniform on 1-2 hangers.
- Cover uniform in a trash bag with the student’s name clearly labeled largely on the outside.
- Put shoes and socks/pantyhose/stockings in a bag tied shut hanging on the hanger. Put your student’s name clearly labeled largely on the outside.
Wednesday, April 17^th – Concert Band Practice 4-5:15pm (Dallas only)
Friday, April 19^th – Sunday, April 21^st – Music Department Trip to Dallas
- Students meet at 5:00am on Friday.
- Bring a sack lunch and snacks for Friday.
- Band students must take their uniforms home after the trip on Sunday night.
Tuesday, April 23^rd– Spring Band Concert 6:30pm at New Hope Christian Church - All band students perform.
- Students meet at 5:45pm in the Worship Center dressed in uniform.
- Leave cases in the car.
