Welcome to Mrs. Walsh's (Norris) 8th grade Social Studies class. This year we will study the history of the United States from Colonization (1607) through the end of Reconstruction (1877). About Mrs. Walsh (Norris):
Mrs. Walsh is a lifelong Bartlett/Memphis resident and a graduate of Bartlett High, The University of Memphis, and Christian Brothers University. She lives in Bartlett with her husband and four crazy dogs. Mrs. Walsh has two 19 year old sons, a 22 year old daughter, and a 26 year old daughter who lives with her husband and Mrs. Walsh's precious grandson in Atlanta.
Mrs. Walsh loves history, especially Native American History and Constitutional studies. Teaching students about the history of their country is a passion for her as well as a career.
