About Me

Hi, all! I am Penny Stafford. I am so excited to be teaching at Elmore Park Middle School! I am currently teaching 8th  grade U.S. History. Having taught for over 21 years at the elementary level, it is a totally different world teaching middle school, but it is a challenge I am enjoying! I am from Memphis and came to Bartlett in 2017. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Christian Brothers University, teaching certification from the University of Memphis, Masters of Arts in Teaching from Grand Canyon University, Administrator Licensure from Bethel University, and finally my EdS in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University. I am also a mother to four beautiful kids, ranging from 7 years old to 19. I enjoy painting, drawing and listening to live music. I am also a HUGE Marvel fan! Again, I am very excited for what the future holds for me at Elmore Park!!
