Exceptional Information
Students can qualify for Exceptional or Honors’ classes based on criteria in the Academic Rubric for Elmore Park.
The rubric scores the students on the following: current grades, previous exceptional placement, benchmark assessments, and teacher recommendation.
At this time, the school administration is organizing all data pieces for the rubric. Once we finish organizing information, families will receive a letter from the school stating which exceptional class(es) their child qualifies for.
